Complete setup before every live session

Choose interview mode, role, company, region, model tier, and optional question bank first. PrepplyAI requires a fresh setup before each new live session so the assistant is grounded to the correct context.

Use Chrome or Microsoft Edge and share the correct source

Chrome and Microsoft Edge both support the browser audio-sharing flow PrepplyAI needs. For browser interviews, share the tab with audio enabled. For desktop apps like Zoom or Teams, share the app window and make sure system audio is included.

Start coaching and answer with the live panel

Once the session starts, PrepplyAI listens for interviewer questions, generates coaching suggestions, and records the session history so you can revisit it later.

Troubleshooting

Use the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If you are on Safari or another browser, move before starting.

When sharing a tab, turn on the “Share tab audio” option. Without it, interviewer speech may not reach the transcript pipeline.

If you also want your own speech captured, enable user audio in setup and allow microphone access when Chrome prompts for it.

If a live session page will not open, go back to Setup and complete a fresh session configuration first.

If Stripe payment finishes but the balance does not update immediately, visit Profile once so the payment reconciliation flow can re-check the completed checkout session.

If AI suggestions stop appearing, confirm that your session still has credits and that the selected model tier is available for that region.
